highly recommended:
1. smoothie!
2. spirulina! masukkan in egg or chicken sandwich.. u won't regret it! =P
3. salad! without dressing! haha
4. salmon (yummy!)
5. bittergourd! (bagus for your skin tau.. hehe)
6. olives! (although i don't like it but I can't deny its nutritions)
7. basically all vegetables except eggplant (although I really like it..=( )
8. raw tomatoes!
9. banana (pls do not overdose! haha)
10. all melons i.e. rock,winter,honey,water, etc.
11. a lot more.lol
try not eating greasy food! and avoid desserts! hahaha.. *sshhh* I eat ice cream almost everyday.. roflmao! xD
